For shipping costs we will provide a quote, as shipping costs vary per item and destination across NZ. We have contract rates and will be able to get the best price available within 48hrs for you.
Pick up is also available in Rotorua at our store location which is inside Superfurn Furniture - 1222 Hinemoa St - Rotorua - you must advise when you want to collect so your item will be ready for pick up.
When requesting a quote please provide us with a physical address as we cannot send to P.O Boxes. We have two options for delivery one is direct to your door, the other is we can ship to the nearest local freight depot for collection.
We will organise your item for shipping with 48 hours, if the item is able to be couriered we will provide a tracking no. for you, if the item is heavy and has to be put on a freight company you must allow 10-14 working days for North Island Deliveries and 14-28 days for South Island Deliveries as freight companies will only despatch from their depot when there is enough freight going your way. PLEASE IF YOU REQUIRE IT URGENTLY PLEASE INFORM US AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Product and Packing Guarantees. If your delivery has been damaged in transit, you must notify the freight / trucking company. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR ITEM BEFORE THE COURIER LEAVES AS NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU SIGN THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT IN GOOD CONDITION.
